This platform is operated by GetMyFirstJob Ltd, trading as Talent People ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of Exeter College. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 06685719 with our registered office at 61 Westway, Caterham, Surrey CR3 5TQ.
Our services
This platform allows you to create a candidate profile and apply for apprenticeship opportunities advertised by Exeter College and their employer partners. Recruiters at Exeter College and partner employers may review your profile and application and contact you regarding suitable opportunities.
The services are only available to you upon completion of registration and confirmation that you have accepted these terms.
You acknowledge that any recruiters will be dealing with you directly and any arrangements will be between you and them, without us being a party. We cannot be responsible for your use of, or any liability arising out of, your use of the services, save to the extent required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check back from time to time, as any changes are binding on you from the date of publication.
Accessing this platform
This platform is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the platform without notice and will not be liable for any unavailability.
We may update the platform from time to time. We do not guarantee that content will be free from errors or omissions.
Registration
To register you must be aged 13 or over. Apprenticeship opportunities advertised on this platform may have their own eligibility requirements (including minimum age requirements) which are set by Exeter College or the individual employer.
All details you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any material you submit.
Your account and profile will be retained for up to two years from your last activity on the platform, after which it will be anonymised automatically. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at data@getmyfirstjob.co.uk. For full details of how we handle your data, see our Privacy Notice.
If you are given a password as part of our security procedures, you must keep it confidential and not share it with any third party. We have the right to disable any account at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with any provision of these terms.
If you know or suspect that anyone else has access to your account, please notify us immediately at data@getmyfirstjob.co.uk.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in this platform and its content. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties. All rights are reserved.
You may print or download extracts from this platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify any copies you make, and you must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us.
If you print, copy or download any part of this platform in breach of these terms, your right to use it will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies you have made.

Acceptable use

- In any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- To harm or attempt to harm any person, including minors

Any content you submit must not:

Applicable law
These terms, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Northern Ireland or Scotland may also bring proceedings in their respective jurisdictions.
